They too do not staff what is considered safe and effective. When in doubt when you are there, just ask for a charge nurse or the house supervisor so that they can tell you how many patients and CNAs your nurse has so that he/she can help you effectively. If any services feel delayed, then just ask your charge nurse to do what you need them to do. After all they (UHS) have stated in the past that their administrative staff will always help their patients and staff whenever needed.
