Bravo (sarcastic) Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas, NV and Platinum Hospitalist group for again mistreating a sickle cell patient. Let me ask you two: What the hell! Why don’t you know how to treat a sickle cell patient? According to the patient you have my patient suffering at your facility due to your incompetence of not knowing how to consult a hematologist that specializes in sickle cell anemia SS trait. My poor patient is there just hoping they will stop treating him like a drug addict. Do you not know why they hurt? Why does your pharmacist make suggestions to your doctor who just did an hour of researching meds for sickle cell patients? And then only to suggest meds that are contraindicated with the patient. WAKE UP AND GET EDUCATED SUMMERLIN HOSPITAL AND PLATNIUM HOSPITALIST GROUP!!!!!!!!!!!!
