In which we all know their focus is for profit rather than for safe care in our communities. If a nurse or a CNA only knew how they can refuse an assignment, then they can win and force administration to correctly staff their hospitals and health care facilities. The have the right to file an Assignment Despite Objection form (ADO) even if they are not in a union. If they only knew their power, they could change it legally while protecting their licenses.
